Just migrating my blog from Fantastico to Simple Script and update to WordPress 2.8 this weekend, finally. Haven’t update it since version 2.6 :)
When I try to update plugins, I get this error message, Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted. First I though is because the migrating process go wrong. After do some testing and search in WordPress Forums, finally know what going wrong.
If you also face the same problem, what you need to do is open wp-settings.php, change the 32M to 64M in line 13. eg. Line 13: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘64M‘);
Luckily not the migrating problem :)
