Install WordPress is not very difficult if you have some web development knowledge. But how about don’t have any web development knowledge, don’t worry, some hosting company already include the auto installer in the cPanel server, eg. BlueHost, HostMonster, WebHostingBuzz, HostGator etc.

1) If you are using cPanel, check your control panel, see get a icon name “Fantastico De Luxe” or not. Click on it to go to Fantastico homepage.

2) On the left hand site Navigation, click “WordPress“.

3) On the next screen, click on “New Installation”

4) On the “New Installation” page, fill out all the fields.

Installation Location
Install on Domain: From the drop down, as default, your domain should be selected.

Install in Directory: Leave this blank if you want Wordpress to be installed as your homepage, eg. “http://www.yoursite.com/”. If you want install wordpress in different directory, eg. “http://www.yoursite.com/blog/”, then type “blog” in this field.

Admin access data
Administrator-username: put any name you like
Password: put any words & numbers
This admin ID & Password, will let you access to the WordPress control panel. So remember your admin ID & Password

Base configuration
Admin nickname: put any name you like
Admin e-mail: your email address
Site name: your website URL
Description: Summary introduce about your blog

After finish fill out, just click “Install WordPress” button.

5) A new confirmation page will be show for the installation. Click the “Finish Installation” button.

6) After completing the installation, You have the option to email the details of the installation to a specified address to keep them for future reference.

7) Now you can try type in your blog url or click the “Visit site” on the WordPress Overview page.

8) If you can see the default wordPress page, mean the WordPress is success install.

You can start write your blog now! Happy & enjoy your blogging!!
