Want to install window on your Mac or run Linux on you PC? Turn your PC and Mac into an easy-to-use virtualization platform with VirtualBox, the open source software that enables virtual machines to run on a variety of standard operating systems.

VirtualBox supports any operating system as a guest OS, giving you the flexibility to develop applications on your platform of choice. Which means you can run Windows in a virtual machine on a Mac or Linux platform, or run Solaris OS and Windows applications right alongside Apple applications on your MacBook.
